1-1 Sessions

Have you tried yoga classes but found they are packed and don’t give you the 1-1 attention you need or deserve? Pehaps you are completely new to yoga and not sure where to start? Are you wanting to deepen your existing practise and knowledge? Or maybe you are recovering from an injury and struggle to get on the floor?

Private yoga sessions with Elizabeth are completely tailored to your needs, and through yoga, Elizabeth can help you reach your goals.

1-1 sessions at your location within London zones 1-2 start at £50 per hour. This can be shared between two people.This includes all equipment (mat, blocks, straps, blanket, eye pillow, paper handouts/email exercise sheets. And access to the private facebook group with free content videos added regularly).

Small to medium group sessions at your home or place of work start at £60 per hour and include eye pillows, paper handouts/email exercise sheets. And access to the private facebook group with free content videos added regularly).

Elizabeth also teaches at a Space88 in Baker street and at The London Wellness Studio in Bethnal green (Prices for sessions here, 1-1 and small to medium groups start at £65 per hour and include all equipment needed).
