WELCOME TO YOGA WITH ELIZABETH
Based in Central London, Elizabeth provides yoga classes for beginners and those more experienced, 1-1 sessions, private classes, corporate sessions and public classes. She is fascinated with eastern philosophy and the mechanics of the body. Having completed extensive training with the British Wheel of Yoga she teaches a safe practise with a caring and humorous attitude.
With a background in plant based food preparation and continuous study of the yogic diet, Elizabeth also provide clients with wellness regimes or cooking classes to compliment yoga sessions.

My main style of teaching is Hatha yoga. Hatha classes focus on correctly aligning the body to improve general posture, breathing and circulation. Hatha is ideal for beginners and those with physical limitations, but also welcomes those who are more experienced in their yoga practise.
PRIVATE INSTRUCTION / 1-1
1-1 sessions are completely tailored to your needs. Great for those new to yoga enabling you to get a feel for the foundations of practise. A good option for injuries or those wanting to deepen their existing practise and knowledge.
RESTORATIVE AND YOGA NIDRA
Centered around the notion of physical and emotional balance, Restorative classes are perfect for students looking to alleviate stress and fatigue. My restorative program includes all necessary equipment. You may wish to bring your own mat and blanket.

Join me for a unique yoga experience at the museum of brands in London. Before the museum opens to the public!
Surrounded by temporary exhibitions and iconic displays, I will lead a mixed levels practice. If you haven’t experienced my teaching before, my main form of teaching is Hatha yoga, focusing on correctly aligning the body to improve general posture, breathing and circulation.

Following the class, socialize in the museum café, relax in the exotic award-winning garden or visit the Time Tunnel, where you’ll find over 20,000 iconic items from the past 150 years exploring how brands shape our world.
Please bring along your own yoga mat and a blanket or shawl.
Classes take place every Tuesday at 7:45am (from January 22nd). Tickets are released one month in advance.
